Customer using a BlanketNet Textilene Sheet for 3 seasons. " This blanket fits much better then other blankets I have owned. My horse has never received a rub from this blanket, while in the past that was a problem with other blankets. What I like most about this blanket is the wrap around system. It is easy to put on and definitely prevents rubs. I love the hug system. It is a great idea and has saved my horse much pain from nasty rubs caused by other blanket brands. Absolutely no comparison to anything else out there. What I like most is the elastic features that allow the horse to eat, walk, and roll without being restricted in any way. I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say. The HUG CLOSURE system is the absolute best system I've ever seen. Not just for the horse, which is my primary concern, but also for the human because of how easy it is to use. (AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ANYTIME, ANYWHERE) I'm a huge fan. Jacqueline D (CA)

Absolutely no rub marks on my mare's withers after wearing for 24/7 in Florida. (she still wears it underneath other clothes to prevent them from rubbing!) Number one is the fit but also the durability of the Textilene. It is easy to clean back to shiny white with just a brush and soapy water. I will never buy another sheet or blanket without it!! The fit is fantastic for a high withered narrow shouldered horse. It's also the only design that hasn't rubbed the hair off my WIDE necked draft style horse. I'm thrilled to not see a rub and a wince at grooming time due to sore withers! It's the only thing to buy if you have a high-withered and/or wide-necked horse. Check your current blanket drag your hand or fingertips down each side of the withers after you remove the blanket in the morning. If he winces, you've added another drain on his energy by creating pain where he probably didn't have any (and you were trying to make it better for him Theresa B. (CA)

I find the blanket very suitable for my horse. The company was great to deal with using my custom measurements and very prompt and communicative. As I need to replace Guinness's wardrobe, I plan on using the "Hug" style. When my young horse is fully grown, I plan to purchase "Hug" clothing for him even though he is standard size. LeeAnn A. Blanket used 2 seasons. - I have a student with a draft cross that purchased one of your sheets. His shoulders are large and she couldn't find any other make of blanket that fit him properly. I have a TB that gets terrible rubs on his shoulders and hips from every other make of blanket. That is why I tried the Hug and haven't had a problem since! Rebecca R. (MD)
March 24, 2001 There is no other blanket that fits like the Hug! After many unsuccessful attempts at trying to keep a blanket on my stallion Hilltop's Giotto I skeptically tried the Hug. He loves it and because of the great fit doesn't rip it to shreds like all the other blankets I've tried!!! The unique design of the Hug gives him the freedom he needs in the neck and shoulder so even hard-to-fit horses are comfortable and happy... and still have their blanket on in the morning! January 3, 2001 "Finally a blanket that fits my foundation type quarter horse. The Hug closure allows flexibility of fit and movement in the chest and neck area. It also stayed in place when I turned him out in the arena. Lots of running, bucking, and rolling as he worked off energy after being cooped up all day due to bad weather.
